Three weeks of Attachment at Alexandra is finally over. I'm feeling elated yet dejected at the same time. Yes, fatigue definitely took control of me but I enjoyed my time there. Spending time with the patients, talking to them, listening to them & helping them makes me feel happy and makes me realised how blessed I am. They taught me to appreciate my parents better. The little things that we do for them, seeing how grateful they are towards you and the " Thank Yous" that they said each time you lend them a helping hand is enough to make you forget about the lethargy that you are experiencing at that moment. Nursing indeed is an eye-opener for me. It teaches me how to appreciate the people around me and not take things for granted. And oh yes, one thing for sure, Nursing teaches me on how to look things into a bigger picture. I'm starting embark on my journey towards adulthood and although I know that there would definitely be ups and downs, I'm willing to go through it all and learning from my mistakes.
Hari Raya definitely went on fine. Outing with my PolyMates was sweet and memorable. It was our very FIRST Hari Raya outing and everything went off smoothly, Alhamdulilah! Girls, I hope that our friendship will last for eternity. I'm always with you Girls no matter what. Much love, deep! :)
Despite the tears and arguments, the Hari Raya outing with my lovables was a success! Albeit going to only 3 houses, each and everyone of us felt very very contented. I'm very sure of that as I can see the joy in each and everyone's face. Even though most of them had school the next day, they did came and make the moment spent so pleasant, so significant. Everyone was so perky. I missed you guys already. Can we meet again? :) I really really pray and hope that our friendship will last till our very last breath, Insya'Allah. I love you, each and everyone of you, deep deep. :)
School's starting next week and I'm excited. I can't wait to meet you girls! :) Prata Cheese & Murtabak Cheese, here I comeeeeeeeeeeee! ;)
